I have PCOS and when I hit puberty, my weight started to skyrocket. I've never been into working out or anything like that but at the same time, I don't stuff my face and sit around all day. Thanks to my condition, I'm obese at 19 and I've tried everything to lose it but nothing has worked. My doctors keep telling me I need to lose it but I just couldn't figure out how until now. For the past 6 days, I've been doing this workout everyday along with using an app to keep track of my calories. I lost 2 pounds already. Anybody know what I could do instead of lunges? I hurt my knee by stepping wrong while doing them. :/ it's healing but still hurts a bit when I try to do them
Thank goodness for the world wide web. I just tried this routine for the first time, and I got through it! My form was pretty sloppy for some of the exercises, but that's something that will get better with time. This is convenient for anyone that doesn't have any equpiment, or feel comfortable going to a gym. I'll be incorporating this at least 3 times a week to start with.
ok i'm overweighting about 25 kg but actually I do these exercise not because I wanna lose weight but that I really find exercise as a main source of happiness for me .. thanks:))
